  We had a very good experience at La-Z-Boy in Concord, Ca this past Sat. They had a Presidents Day sale which gave us a discount plus credit for the pick up of our old chairs when the new ones are delivered. Abe was great, he was around to answer questions but he didn't hover or bother us as we made our way around the store, which we greatly appreciated. Abe did not pressure us for a sale but instead was very flexible and gave us all the information we needed to make a final purchase. We purchased our old recliners from them 26 years ago, never had a problem with the mechanics, the leather was just old and worn.
